Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated shipping date once your order is packed and ready to ship.
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping delivers in 1–3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions and destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.
International Shipping
We carefully select and lovingly prepare each piece for its new home. Many of our items are fragile, one-of-a-kind or carry delicate finishes that require extra attention in packing and handling. To ensure the high standard of care our treasures deserve and to avoid complications with customs, duties and long-distance transit, we limit shipping to U.S. addresses. If you live outside the United States and see something you love, please contact us, we’ll do our best to advise on options or suggest similar finds.
Carrier and Tracking
We partner with USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.
Address Changes and Undeliverable Packages
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change the address after placing your order contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is in transit. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will incur a $10 return shipping fee before reshipment.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to carrier backlogs, weather events or customs inspections. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us with your order number. We will investigate and update you as soon as possible.
Lost or Damaged Items
We will work with you to resolve issues with lost or damage items promptly.
We take care to package all items securely. If your package arrives damaged please retain all packaging materials, take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If your package appears lost, first check the tracking number we emailed, as carriers sometimes update status within 24 hours. If there is no progress or tracking shows delivered and you have not received the item, please contact us with your order number and a brief description. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed.
